After picking durian, it must be consumed within 8 hours or subjected to rapid freezing treatment, otherwise the fruit is prone to natural fermentation and produces a large amount of water before spoilage. In general, durian is stored in a low temperature cold storage at -60 ℃ for quick freezing about three hours after landing. Therefore, nowadays, frozen durian is not only gradually becoming popular in the production area, but also among durian enthusiasts.

Of course, the prerequisite for delicious and healthy frozen durian is that the quick freezing and freezing process are in place.
